CLASS BOOKINGS
Making a booking is quick and easy! Just follow the steps provided below to register with our online booking system, select your desired class and get ready to train. Entry into each class will only be available to members who have made a booking.

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING
Making a booking is quick and easy! Just follow the steps below and you’ll be ready to train in no time.

STEP 1: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP
If you’re new, CLICK HERE and become a member to get started with your training.
STEP 2: CLICK HERE TO REGISTER WITH OUR BOOKINGs SYSTEM
In order to book a session, you must first register with our bookings system. To do this simply CLICK HERE, enter the email address attached to your membership and click “Request Email”. If you’re already registered with our bookings system you can go straight to step 4.

STEP 3: CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR A LINK TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION
You will receive confirmation from the online bookings website via email. Click on the “Set Password” link and you’ll then be able to set up your password.

STEP 4: CLICK HERE TO OPEN OUR TIMETABLE & SELECT THE CLASS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BOOK
CLICK HERE to access our timetable.
You’ll now be able to select the class you would like to book.
You will only be able to make a booking for a maximum of seven days in advance.

STEP 5: YOU WILL BE PRESENTED WITH TERMS & CONDITIONS TO ACCEPT
Once you have clicked on the class you would like to book, you will be presented with terms & conditions to accept.
*THIS WILL NOT COMPLETE YOUR BOOKING*

STEP 6: AFTER ACCEPTING THE TERMS & CONDITIONS PAGE IN STEP 6, BOOK THE CLASS AGAIN
After you have accepted the terms & conditions in step 5, you will be returned to the the timetable page. From here, make sure to select the desired class again and then click ‘book”

STEP 7: CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR BOOKING CONFIRMATION
If the booking is successful it will be reported on the website straight away and confirmation will be sent to your email.
HOW TO CANCEL A BOOKING
STEP 1: LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT
Click here to log into our Booking System.
STEP 2: SELECT THE CLASS
Click on the booked class you wish to cancel. A green tick indicates you are booked in for the class.

STEP 3: CLICK REMOVE
Click ‘Remove’ under the selected class.

STEP 4: CONFIRMATION
Once you have successfully removed the booking you will receive a pop-up notification that your booking has been cancelled.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Limit of one booking per person per day
- Please arrive at your scheduled time (don’t come early)
- If you are unable to attend your scheduled booking please cancel your booking at least one (1) hour prior to provide space for someone on the waiting list
- A $5 fee will be charged to your account if you do not show up to your scheduled booking
- Please bring a towel with you to your session. No towel, no train
- If you are unwell or are experiencing any symptoms please stay home
