Gym Closure: November

November 16, 2020

Gyms are to be closed effective from midnight tonight, Monday 16th of November for 14 days, unless directed otherwise.

Dear TGG Members,

The South Australian Government has directed for gyms to be closed effective from 10:30pm tonight, Monday 16th of November for 14 days (subject to change in accordance with state and federal Government guidelines).

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

For members who have a direct debit membership, your membership will be placed on suspension effective immediately. Membership payments will recommence in accordance with your current payment frequency when we return to business. Prorated payments may occur depending on your billing cycle.

For members who have a paid upfront membership (short and long term), your membership will be placed on suspension effective immediately. When we return to business, the total duration of the suspension will be added to the term of your membership.

For members who are currently on suspension, your membership suspension will be extended until we return to business or until the pre-arranged date.

Members are able to exercise today until 10:30pm. From that time, we will begin escorting members out of the facility and will close the doors.

All accounts will be automatically recommenced when we return to business in 14 days. If you would like your membership suspension to continue past this date, please request this via email to admin@thegymglenelg.com.au.

Thank you for your continued loyalty to us as a business. The safety, health and wellness of everyone in our community are much bigger than any one of us and we all need to do whatever we can to protect our community and prevent the further spread of COVID-19.
