Exercise & Fitness has been my major passion from early Childhood from playing Soccer to competing in Taekwondo. From there I first started weight training when I was in high school and have been hooked ever since.

I become a Personal Trainer as I truly believe exercise and living a healthy and balanced lifestyle is something all people need. I’m here to share my knowledge, experience and skills to help individuals reach their desired targets and goals through a completely holistic approach.

I was inducted in the Australian Sports Institute at age 11 when I was selected for the Olympic Weightlifting program. I retired in 2007, having won several Australian titles.

These days, my passion lies in mountaineering and I am known for my ill-fated 2016 attempt on Everest. Now, I own and operate “The Everest Experience” conducting trekking and climbing expeditions throughout the Himalaya.

During my formative years I was quite overweight, then, around the age of 10-11 years I hit a growth spurt and changed from a little fat kid to one of the tallest people in my year. I naturally gravitated towards sport. I was successful in a variety of sports from multiple SAPSASA wins, to Volleyball and Club Football. During this time I was first introduced to, and fell in love with, resistance training. I took a period off sport and gym during my 20s to concentrate on study.
