My philosophies around fitness and my vision as a trainer derives from 20 years of my own learning and experiences.
My personal goals have transitioned over the years; from striving to be the fastest, to the strongest and I have tested all of those capabilities within myself, the highlight being the 3 gold medals I won in Powerlifting. They signify my personal journey and my successes and remind me to always remain humble and appreciative of the process.
I remember what it was like first walking into a gym with no real goals, no idea and doing everything the hard way. Those experiences have shaped my goals as a trainer. My mission today is to ensure all my clients have the most valuable tools without the error.
My core values in fitness are to employ movements that you enjoy and can implement as permanent lifestyle change. Nobody sticks to things they don’t enjoy. If you see me in the gym come say hi, l want to know what drives you.

After backpacking around Australia at the age of 22 I got the travel bug, I then continued to live and travel overseas for 5 years. When I returned home, I made a decision to start Kitson PT and have not looked back. Kitson PT provides you with the support, structure and consistency to incorporate regular exercise into your life. I’m passionate about having strong and encouraging culture within my business and group of clients which gives you all the tools necessary to reach your fitness goals.
