Health and fitness have been a fundamental component of my life from the day I can remember. I have been involved in multiple high-level sporting teams including Athletics (Javelin), Gridiron and Volleyball where I learned so much about various aspects of training, and from there found my love for weight training.

After backpacking around Australia at the age of 22 I got the travel bug, I then continued to live and travel overseas for 5 years.
